High quality assessments employed and available through Through Eagles Eyes provide data of who we are under pressure. Coaching development plans built on solid information provide measurable results.

The assessment tools employed by Through Eagles Eyes have passed the rigorous process of validation and discrimination testing for use in employment decisions. The Profiles XT® and the Profiles Sales Assessments® have constructs with the highest correlation of behavioral predictability within the assessment industry. These two assessments are used for selection, coaching, fit, developmental planning, succession planning, and several other methods for talent management. They measure cognitive, behavior, and career interest of candidates along with using a job match process to reduce turnover and ensure the best job fit. The Profiles Sales Assessment adds additional critical sales constructs to ensure sales teams have the right behavioral propensity such as money preference, prospecting, self-starting, and ability to close the sale.

These tools also include developmental assessments that are combined with many other tools we deliver in our consulting practice.

The ProfileXT® (PXT) assessment measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization. The “job matching” feature of the PXT is unique, and it enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to successfully perform in a specific job. It is used throughout the employee life cycle for selection, on-boarding, managing, and strategic workforce planning.

This assessment reveals consistent, in-depth, objective insight into an individual’s thinking and reasoning style, relevant behavioral traits, occupational interests, and match to specific jobs in your organization. It helps your managers interview and select people who have the highest probability of being successful in a role, and provides practical recommendations for coaching them to maximum performance. It also gives your organization consistent language and metrics to support strategic workforce and succession planning, talent management and reorganization efforts.

The Profiles Sales Assessment® (PSA) measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization. It is used primarily for selecting, on-boarding and managing sales people and account managers.

The “job modeling” feature of the PSA is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. This enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to perform successfully in a specific sales job in your organization. It also predicts on-the-job performance in seven critical sales behaviors: prospecting, call reluctance, closing the sale, self-starting, teamwork, building and maintaining relationships, and compensation preference.

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that increases self-awareness around conflict behaviors and helps participants effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, this training program combines the personalized insights of DiSC® with the proven science of cognitive behavioral theory to help participants recognize and transform their destructive habits into more productive responses. The result is improved workplace relationships that drive results.

The DiSC assessment, published by Wiley, is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people’s behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you’ll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You’ll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

DiSC profiles help you and your team:

  • Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems
  • Improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members
  • Facilitate better teamwork and teach productive conflict
  • Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles
  • Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® profile system is based on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable by Patrick Lencioni. This new profile was developed by Lencioni, his team at The Table Group, and in collaboration with and powered by Wiley’s Everything DiSC model.

The five behaviors Lencioni identified will result—if each is maximized—in a team that operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. The behaviors are Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Each behavior in the model builds upon the previous and supports the others. The team profile and facilitated program lets team members know how they and the team are doing, and how they can become more cohesive.
