Case Study
A client and his team identified several areas of improvement in managing total inventory levels from a dollars and pounds standpoint. The leader of the project received one-to-one coaching. He and his team attended the Through Eagles Eyes’ Tools for Self-Mastery/Enhancing Emotional Intelligence class. This resulted in higher self-awareness, better listening skills and cross-functional cooperation. People took responsibility for their own area and department and were willing to take on additional responsibilities to create sustainable results. The ultimate outcome was a reduction in physical inventory count time by 66% and a .33% increase in revenue. The Finishing department set a record for on time delivery in the first month of Fiscal Year 2018 with 99.64% on time, up from the historical average of 95.4%.Â
