This interactive one-hour program, excerpted from the Coaching Skills for Leaders program created by Diane Winn, Professional Certified Coach, begins with a foundation of research on how we are already interconnected, long for connection and how to establish rapport. Basic listening and asking good questions exercises followed by a mini-coaching session provide an entertaining and educational experience.
